Welcome to Explore Offsite

The Explore Offsite programme has been established to engage with clients, designers, manufacturers, contractors and constructors in the issues and needs that further the promotion and exploitation of offsite construction methods.

Participants in the programme can take part in a series of overseas Trade Missions. These Trade Missions are designed to:

• Promote exemplars of construction projects where project and business objectives have benefited from the application of offsite construction methods.
• Enable communication and knowledge transfer between the supply side and principal clients, customers and policy makers.
• Promote the development of education and training to increase awareness of what offsite construction methods can offer.
• Seek collaborations with organisations that have a shared ambition to support a better and more effective construction industry.
• Engage with overseas governments and major public sector clients to identify the need to lead or support the uptake of offsite technology.

The Trade Missions will act as the mechanism which will enable the offsite industry to make its case more effectively by increasing awareness, informing, enthusing and setting standards.
